Upon arrival she was organized and kept on schedule but was flexible. She was pleasant, explained what she was preparing and why she prepared the food the way she did. She engaged with our guests in a friendly and educational manner and shared ideas for our guests for future events - which our guests were extremely excited about. The quality of the food was great. The presentation was excellent, and everything tasted wonderful. Her desserts were the highlight. While I am not typically a fan of red velvet cake, hers spoiled me for future versions. Dana is AWESOME!!! I'm so happy we chose her. We hired her for our microwedding/elopement dinner for 18 people. She was able to accommodate a gluten free menu as well, which was very well received. The food was INCREDIBLE--everyone was talking about it. On top of that, she cleaned up the kitchen spotlessly too. I couldn't thank her enough. She is professional, kind, organized, flexible, and so talented. Communication was easy, clear, and prompt. While we were all out of the Airbnb for the ceremony, Dana stayed at the house to continue preparing the food. It was perfect because we all returned to the airbnb, starving and she already had the charcuterie board and appetizer ready for us. You can't go wrong with her!
